I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California (LCSW #25578) with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. You may be facing relationship struggles, parenting stress, addiction, trauma, or destabilizing life transitions—or simply feeling that something in life is missing. I work with people from all walks of life who are seeking freedom, peace, and a more meaningful, enjoyable life. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they begin their healing journey and move toward lasting change.

If you’ve been trying to figure things out on your own, reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step—but change is possible. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and explore what has brought you here. Together, we’ll develop a supportive plan tailored to your goals, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
